Greg is the co-founder and Managing Member of Baird & Gilroy. Greg's experience includes the electrical design of numerous facilities, including pump stations, water systems, wastewater treatment plants, and commercial facilities. He studied at Texas A&M University where he earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering. His expertise includes power distribution, automatic control, and lighting design for numerous new facilities and for modifications, expansions, and upgrades to existing facilities. In addition, he is capable of performing facilities evaluations of clients’ water and wastewater facilities to determine code compliance, troubleshoot operational problems, as well as recommend preventive maintenance and capital improvements.

Jon-Paul is a Senior Project Manager with the firm who has for 11 years of experience in Water/Wastewater electrical design and automation. He studied at Prairie View A&M University, where he earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2007.  Mr. Dixon’s technical experience includes power distribution systems, instrumentation and controls, SCADA, and communications infrastructure. He is currently a member of Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT), International Society of Automation (ISA), & National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).

John is the co-founder and Managing Member of Baird & Gilroy.  He studied at Texas A&M University, where he earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering.  His expertise includes low voltage and medium voltage power distribution, emergency power systems, automatic controls, instrumentation, and lighting design for numerous new facilities and for modifications, expansions, and upgrades to existing facilities.

Shane's experience includes the design of power distribution systems and lighting systems for roadways, subdivisions, parks, water plants, and wastewater treatment plants. He studied at Texas A&M University, where he earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering. His expertise includes the project management and design of multiple lighting and power distribution systems specific to the needs of the client and their facilities.
